'Tell us a story...' will begin a series of celebrations for the Gerald Moore Gallery's 10-year anniversary in 2022. The gallery was made possible by the generous contribution of Dr Gerald Moore and is a centre for art and learning within the grounds of Eltham College. Dr Moore, himself was an avid artist and family man, and during his lifetime created a story book for his children titled, 'The Cuckoo who flew backwards' about a cuckoo who heads to Heathfield Park to sing spring in, the previous home of the author and his family.

Illustrations and quotes from this book will be exhibited alongside the new contemporary works and the exhibition will coincide with storytelling and children's art and illustration workshops for the public during the February half term.
